Shipping Method:
Our default shipping method is FedEx ground (which does not deliver to PO Boxes and non-continental US addresses)
USPS (United States Postal Service) will be used for delivery to non-continental US territories and some countries.
Expedited shipping options are also available upon request (please phone or email for options and rates)

Please note: Our website is configured to provide FedEx Ground shipping rates based on weight. When including several pairs of shoes, the system will try to add all the weight to the same shipment resulting in error due to overweighted package. In this case we will contact you before processing your order with actual shipping costs.

We can also ship International orders with alternative carriers like US Postal Service (USPS), please contact us for details.

Orders will ship within 1 - 2 business days after payment clearance.

• You have 5 calendar days to review your merchandise once your shipment arrives. You must call us within those 5 days for a Return Authorization Number. RA numbers will not be issued on the sixth day.
• Return shipments must be received by us within 5 business days after an RA number has been issued. Late returns will not be accepted.
• Send back only the styles that have been approved for return. Unauthorized styles will not be credited and will not be shipped back to you.
• You must write the RA number on the outside of the box. Return shipments without an RA number clearly marked on box will be refused.
• Sale items or closeouts are final. All returns incur 15% restocking fee.
• We are not responsible for lost merchandise and recommend using a traceable carrier.
• Returned items must be in the condition you received them with the hanger and original tags in place. Merchandise with your store pricing and/or tags cannot be returned.
• We will issue a WholesaleFashion.com credit to your account after we receive and process your return. Cash, check, money order, wire transfer or credit card refunds will not be issued under any circumstance.
• We do not pay shipping for returns and do not issue call tags.

We will not sell, loan, rent or share any information about our customers to any third party.
All data collected from the WholesaleFashion web site will be used for internal purposes only.
