Do you sell to the general public?
WholesaleFashion.com does not sell to the general public o final consumer. Wholesale Fashion is a manufacturer direct source for merchants and retailers (B2B) for our Hot Fash brand.
Where is the price and size information?
You must log in to view our sizes and prices. To learn more about the registration process, click here.
Why do you require registration prior to placing an order or accessing the site?
As a wholesale-only website, we have to ensure that those who are purchasing are wholesale customers. Qualified wholesale customers must own or represent a registered or licensed business, whether it is a store in a mall or an Internet store front.
Our way of insuring that a website visitor is in fact a business is to require registration prior to being able to purchase. We ask the visitor to supply their re-sellers license and we require a business name. If the customer is in a state that does not require a sales tax ID, we will accept other forms of proof such as a Yellow Pages listing, a local business license, business cards with letterhead or a website set up for business. We honor a very strict Privacy Policy, whatever information you supply to us will be kept completely confidential and secure.
What if I prefer not to register?
The information we require is the same info you would include on your business cards or advertisements, with the addition of the re-sellers license (Not your SSN), which we are required by law to verify in order to avoid charging you sales tax.
We are a B2B (business to business) enterprise, we don't collect personal data, we collect professional data from your business that we keep securely and confidentially for our own exclusive use, please check our Privacy Policy.

When do you require an actual copy of my re-seller license?
Nevada businesses are required to produce a current re-seller license and fax it to us or bring it personally so we can file a hard copy prior to have their order shipped, if we don't have it we will have to add a 7.75% sales Tax to the order.
Out of Nevada U.S. customers are only required to provide a valid re-seller number or proof of business during registration.
I don't have an e-mail address, will I be able to register and check your prices?
Yes, you will. Please call us during business hours and we will process your registration over the phone.
I am about to open a new store, but my Tax ID/Reseller license documents are not ready, can I register and check your prices?
Yes, you can. Just fill the rest of the required information and leave the re-seller license empty. We reserve the right to hold your registration unprocessed if there is missing information or we are unable to determine you are a bona-fide start-up. If you don't receive an answer from us within 3 business days, please call our sales department.
My business is outside the United States and I am not required to have a re-seller license in my country, how do I register?
Just fill the rest of the required information and leave the re-seller license empty. Before you order, we will require one of these forms - such as a Yellow Pages listing, a local business license, business cards with letterhead or a website set up for business. We honor a very strict Privacy Policy, whatever information you supply to us will be kept completely confidential and secure.
How long will it take to process my registration?
Your application has to be reviewed and approved by one of our account managers. We usually try to process and enter your login info into the system the same business day we receive it (during office hours).
Since this is not an automated process occasionally it may take longer specially during especially busy peaks. You will always be notified via e-mail when your submission has been entered into the system. If you are in a hurry to be granted access, please call our Toll-Free number and we will process your registration over the phone.
I registered, I received your email, but I still cannot see the prices, what now?
Our website is compatible with the latest versions on Internet Explorer, Firefox and Safari; sometimes a very high privacy setting (such as disabling all cookies) in your [Internet options] will interfere with interactivity in any shopping cart web-site.
Sometimes something as simple as a typo when entering your e-mail or password can be causing the problem. Refer to the original e-mail you received after your registration and make sure you are typing exactly the same e-mail and password we have on file (without any spaces) If everything fails, call us, and we will try to solve the problem over the phone.

ORDERING QUESTIONS
Do you have any minimum quantities or order amount requirements?
Yes, we do have minimums. We ask that your order be a minimum of $100. (not including shipping) Our clothing minimum is three pieces per style and color; please feel free to mix sizes. Our shoes are a minimum of 6 pairs per style.
Do you sell open-stock, can I hand pick the sizes?
You can choose sizes on everything directly from the shopping cart as long as you order the minimum amounts required.
If you have some other needs that cannot be fulfilled through the shopping cart, please call us and we will try to help you.
How do I pay? (UNITED STATES & CANADA CUSTOMERS)

We can only ship to a billing address or to an alternate address that has been pre-authorized by your credit card company or issuing bank. If you are requesting a shipment to an alternate address (any address other than your credit card billing address), please call your credit card company or issuing bank before placing your order so that the transaction will be approved.
We may require additional forms of identification to be used as an extra security measure before authorizing your credit card payment. We record all IP addresses used for transactions and we will prosecute all cases of credit card fraud. We report all fraudulent business activities to professional, trade, and consumer organizations.

MERCHANDISE QUESTIONS
Is your merchandise used or irregular?
No, we provide our customers with the highest quality of merchandise. All the merchandise we serve are the latest Styles in the Hot Fash line.
How is your sizing, do you carry special sizes, are these junior sizes?
- Footwear: Women's US sizes from size 5 up to 10 (depending on styles) regular width (M)
- Apparel: Small / Medium / Large, X-Large some styles 2X-Large.
Occasionally some jeans will have numeric sizes 36 to 48. Most of our apparel styles have considerable stretch and are form-fitting and are worn with a tight fit. At this time, we don't carry special sizes.
- Hot Fash sizes are junior sizes .
Is all your merchandise immediately available?
All our styles displayed on the online catalog are currently in stock. Online inventory is updated on a daily basis. Occasionally there could be temporary discrepancies if we are taking orders from a trade show, during peak season or with closeout styles.
The styles included in our print catalogs are the main Hot Fash line for the season and although we can run out of them sporadically, we have a manufacturing turn around time of 1-2 weeks.
Do you offer printed catalogs?
Ocassionally we may print a catalog with our styles. Please call for information.
Do you serve special manufacturing orders? Personalized options?
We can custom manufacture special orders. The minimum quantities will range from 200 to 400 per style. Call us for details.
What's the origin of your merchandise?
Apparel is manufactured in the USA, some jeans and denim styles are from Brazil and Argentina.
Footwear is usually manufactured in China, occasionally we have styles from Brazil, Italy, Korea and USA.
The origin and composition of every style is specified in the item description.
How often do you add new styles to your line?
Hot Fash is not only hot but also fast, we are constantly designing, creating and producing new styles.
A very important part of our business model is what is called Fast Fashion, with very quick turnaround times, blurring the lines of the traditional season cycles and reacting very dynamically to the latest trends and tendencies.
We add 'on the floor' apparel styles every 3 weeks as an average.
Do you include hangers in your shipments?
We ship our garments on hangers, however if it is your preference to have merchandise shipped without hangers please let us know in the comment box at check out
Can I use your product pictures in my website?
If you would like to use our pictures please email us at sales@wholesalefashion.com and we will forward you pictures without our watermark for the items you have ordered. Please limit requests to the items that you actually stock.
This is at our discretion. Our customers are authorized to use our pictures for retail websites only. We do not authorize the use of our copyrighted product pictures for other wholesalers or distributors in e-mails, websites, printed catalogs or any other form or for any other purpose than selling the Hot Fash line.

Are the prices displayed bundle or unit prices?
Once that you login the prices you will see displayed are single unit prices, not the prices of the bundle or case.
What is your price range?
Prices depend on fabrics, materials, design and additional discounts. These are the average ranges:

What would be the retail price (M.S.R.P.) of your merchandise?
There are many different factors that affect the final retail price and it can change very widely depending on the retail location, local market, style popularity and availability, competitors, season, business overhead..
Our retailers are normally marking up our line from a factor of 2 up to 5. An industry standard is 2.5 from the full wholesale price (before bulk and other discounts) Ultimately nobody knows your market as well as yourself and the mark up may not be applied linearly to all styles, for that reason we prefer not to impose a MSRP to our line of products.
What we ask from you in order to protect the brand and other retailers is that you sell our merchandise at a minimum mark-up factor of 2 (100% mark-up or doubling the wholesale price) We understand exceptions to this rule like in closeout pricing or promotional events. We reserve the right to deny service to those merchants consistently breaking this rule.

Can I visit you in person?
Yes, we are available during business hours and welcome your visit. You may come in and arrange transactions, sample our products and pick up items from the warehouse. Please note that our facility is not a retail store. While we keep some items on display in a showroom, our facility caters to our online shipping strategy and needs.
